Here are some other things to know before commissioning! I do have scoliosis and some days I may not be able to work on a suit if I do get some cramps on my back. I currently work in a detached garage which means some other days I may not be able to work on suits if the weather is bad. If something comes up, I’ll let you know the situation and it’s up to you if you wish to wait longer for your suit to be completed or be refunded. PLEASE NOTE, FURSUIT WILL NEVER BE PERFECT! I AM NOT A MACHINE, ALL ITEMS ARE HANDMADE!

Things for you to know when paying:
Prefer a full payment, but willing to take a payment plan. MUST BE FULLY PAID WHEN THE PRODUCT IS FINISHED!
For payment plan, you must pay 50% upfront. If you absolutely needed to get a refund for valid emergency, only 30% is nonrefundable!
I do not take payment plan for commissions that are under $500

Things to know after payment:
WIP updates will be out either daily, weekly, or biweekly depending on how much work is put in
Please do not rush me when I’m working on your commission! Accept the given time estimate no exceptions!

FOR FULLSUITS ONLY! WILL NEED THE DTD DONE BEFORE THE PARTIAL IS FINISHED! There are tons of tutorials online to follow. DO NOT STUFF IT BEFORE SHIPPING!
Payment and Confirmation Policy
YOU MUST CONFIRM THE QUOTE INCLUDING THE COMMISSION PLAN GIVEN WITHIN 4 DAYS AND ALL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HRS AFTER CONFIRMATION! CONFIRMATIONS ARE ONLY MADE ONCE THE PLANS AND PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED! If you need time to get paid first, please let me know before confirmation and holds can only be made. If you do get into an emergency after confirmation, I will hold the slot! If you don’t pay within the 48hrs, you will have a first late fee at $10 and it’ll increase until you pay off the debt that you owe me.
If the completed product isn’t fully paid within 48hrs or the given time after completion unless otherwise, you’ll receive a $500 late fee and if it’s not paid within 2 weeks, this order will be terminated and blacklisted! If you don’t have any money by completion without my knowledge, your order will be voided! DO NOT COMMISSION ME IF YOU DON’T HAVE ANY MONEY AND AREN’T SURE WHEN YOU’LL HAVE THE MONEY BY! NO EXCEPTIONS

TRADE INFOS
I ONLY WILL TRADE SMALL PARTS(EXCEPT FOR HEADS!) UNLESS YOU AGREED TO PAY FOR THE MATERIALS FIRST! WILL TRADE A PARTIAL IF IT’S AROUND AND NOT BEEN SOLD WITHIN 4 MONTHS. If you have decided to change your mind, please tell me within 4 days before shipping! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CANCEL IT AFTER SHIPPING! If you do cancel, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED FROM FURTHER TRADES AND WANT THE SUIT AND ARTS BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING. Fail to comply, there will be legal actions against you!
PRICING POLICY
ALL PRICES ARE FINAL! PLEASE DO NOT HAGGLE OR TRY TO BE CHEAP WHEN OFFERED A CHEAP PRICE FOR ONE THING!
COMMUNICATION POLICY
If you don’t communicate within 4 DAYS, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED! I have a three strike system only applies to new clients who have order from me less than 2 years, ps long term clients who have been ordering from me for more than 5 years will not be affected. This policy exist only to insure my livelihood, THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE PERSONAL! JUST BUSINESS!
WARRANTY INFOS
The first few small damages will be free for up to two yrs. Any huge damages will cost extra! If the suit comes in dirty, there will be a $30 to $150 cleaning fee depending on how dirty or unsanitary it is. If you don’t know how to clean suit head thoroughly, PLEASE DO NOT EJACULATE ON/IN YOUR SUIT HEADS! They are not easy to clean! If you do, that’s on you and there’s a $500 refurb fee if the head comes in crusty!
If it comes in moldy, your suit will be thrown out for health precautions and you will have to wait till commission opening. Ps, all previous customers will have a 50% discount. The suit will last up to 5 to 10yrs with good care. All refurbs will be discounted if the suit made by me after the warranty time.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
THIS IS A NONREFUNDABLE BUSINESS!
I’m not obligated to give refunds in general, refunds are only available if you do get into an unexpected emergency or I can’t be able to finish the job due to my personal life situation. I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OUTSIDE OF THESE REASONS
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MONEY AND POOR SPENDING HABITS! I’M NOT OBLIGATED TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AS I’M NONREFUNDABLE!
If I chose to refund, please be patient with me because I may not have the money already on hand as I prefer to keep working until the job is done.
You can only cancel within 48hrs before confirmation! NO EXCEPTIONS UNLESS WE HAVE TALKED PRIOR ABOUT CERTAIN CONDITIONS!
I DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS AFTER CONFIRMATION OUTSIDE OF EMERGENCY! IF YOU CANCEL IN THE BEGINNING OR MIDDLE OF PRODUCTION, THERE WILL BE A $100 CANCELLATION FEE FOR BEGINNING/MIDDLE OF PRODUCTION OR $500 CANCELLATION FEE FOR END OF PRODUCTION!
I will cancel an order if you break my terms and will NOT BE OBLIGATED TO REFUND ANYTHING! For orders I cancel due to my personal life will be fully refunded as compensation.
I will refund if something does happen unexpectedly in your life as life does happen
If you decide to request a chargeback because I refuse your request for cancellation, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED! As I stated, I do not cancel or refund when the suit gets started without a valid reason to cancel.
